Welcome to Cloud8USA. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cloud8USA’s website, cloud storage platform, applications, services, and related products.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading files, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Cloud8USA.

2. Our Services

Cloud8USA provides cloud storage, file backup, file management, and related digital services for individuals, freelancers, students, and small businesses.

Cloud8USA is not a public file-hosting service, piracy platform, anonymous file-sharing service, or marketplace for digital content.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not:

  • create accounts using false information;
  • sell, transfer, or share your account without permission;
  • use Cloud8USA to impersonate another person or company;
  • bypass security, billing, or usage limits.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of files and content you upload to Cloud8USA.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have legal permission to store it;
  • the content does not violate copyright, privacy, intellectual property, criminal, or other applicable laws;
  • the content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Cloud8USA does not claim ownership of your files.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Cloud8USA for:

  • piracy or copyright infringement;
  • sharing movies, software, music, games, books, or other content without permission;
  • malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, phishing, or hacking activity;
  • spam, scams, fraud, identity theft, or financial abuse;
  • illegal adult content or exploitation;
  • storing or distributing illegal, harmful, or abusive material;
  • evading law enforcement, sanctions, or payment processor rules.

6. File Sharing

Cloud8USA may offer file-sharing features. You are responsible for the files you share and the people you share them with.

We may disable shared links, restrict access, suspend accounts, or remove content if we believe the service is being abused.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or according to the billing period shown at checkout.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize Cloud8USA or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

If payment fails, we may suspend or restrict your account until payment is completed.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may cancel your subscription according to the instructions in your account dashboard or by contacting support@cloud8usa.com.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account or stored files.

9. Service Availability

We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Cloud8USA may perform maintenance, updates, security reviews, or emergency service changes.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data.

However, no online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe and enabling available security protections.

11. Suspension and Termination

Cloud8USA may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms;
  • you violate our Acceptable Use Policy;
  • your account is involved in abuse, fraud, copyright infringement, malware, illegal activity, or payment disputes;
  • we are required to do so by law, payment processors, hosting providers, or infrastructure providers.

12. Data Deletion After Termination

If your account is terminated or cancelled, your files may be deleted according to our Data Retention & Account Termination Policy.

You are responsible for downloading your files before cancellation or termination.

13. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content hosted through Cloud8USA infringes your copyright, please follow our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

14. No Illegal or High-Risk Use

Cloud8USA may not be used for activities that violate payment processor, hosting provider, infrastructure provider, or legal compliance rules.

We reserve the right to refuse service to users, businesses, or use cases that create legal, reputational, technical, security, or financial risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud8USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or unauthorized account access.

16. Disclaimer

Cloud8USA provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will meet every requirement or be available at all times.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Cloud8USA after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
