2. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To submit a copyright complaint, please include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The Cloud8USA URL, shared link, file location, or other information sufficient for us to locate the allegedly infringing material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may delay review.

3. Response Time

Cloud8USA aims to review valid copyright complaints within 24 to 72 hours.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may:

• remove the content;
• disable access to the file;
• disable a shared link;
• request more information;
• notify the user who uploaded the content;
• suspend or terminate repeat infringer accounts.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to abuse@cloud8usa.com.

Your counter-notice should include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Cloud8USA may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly upload, store, share, or distribute infringing content.

We may also limit file sharing, remove files, or disable account access where copyright abuse is suspected.

6. False Claims

Submitting false copyright claims or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
