Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is not allowed on Cloud8USA.

Cloud8USA is designed for secure cloud storage, backup, and file management. It may not be used for illegal, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or high-risk activity.

Cloud8USA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, illegal activity, copyright infringement, malware distribution, payment fraud, or violations of this policy.

1. Copyright Infringement and Piracy

You may not use Cloud8USA to upload, store, share, distribute, sell, or promote copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have permission.

Prohibited content includes unauthorized copies of:

• movies;
• TV shows;
• music;
• software;
• games;
• books;
• courses;
• paid documents;
• subscription content;
• cracked software;
• license keys;
• pirated digital products.

2. Malware, Hacking, and Cyber Abuse

You may not use Cloud8USA to store, distribute, link to, or support:

• viruses;
• malware;
• ransomware;
• spyware;
• trojans;
• credential stealers;
• phishing kits;
• botnet tools;
• exploit kits;
• hacking tools intended for abuse;
• stolen databases;
• leaked passwords;
• unauthorized access tools.

3. Fraud, Scams, and Deceptive Activity

You may not use Cloud8USA for:

• financial scams;
• investment scams;
• crypto scams;
• fake invoices;
• identity theft;
• impersonation;
• phishing pages;
• fraudulent documents;
• payment fraud;
• chargeback abuse;
• stolen card activity.

4. Illegal or Harmful Content

You may not upload, store, share, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative.

This includes:

• child sexual abuse material;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• human trafficking content;
• terrorist or extremist operational content;
• threats of violence;
• instructions for violent wrongdoing;
• illegal drug distribution;
• illegal weapons trafficking;
• doxxing or private personal data shared without permission.

5. Spam and Platform Abuse

You may not use Cloud8USA to:

• send spam;
• host spam landing pages;
• mass distribute unsolicited files;
• operate abusive file-sharing campaigns;
• bypass storage limits;
• automate abusive uploads or downloads;
• overload our systems;
• scrape, attack, scan, or disrupt Cloud8USA infrastructure.

6. Public File-Hosting Abuse

Cloud8USA is not intended to be used as an anonymous public file-hosting platform.

You may not use Cloud8USA primarily to:

• publicly distribute large volumes of third-party content;
• host illegal downloads;
• operate file-link farms;
• run piracy distribution channels;
• monetize unauthorized file downloads.

7. Resale and Misuse

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially redistribute Cloud8USA storage unless Cloud8USA gives written permission.

You may not use Cloud8USA to operate a competing storage service without authorization.

8. Sanctions and Restricted Parties

You may not use Cloud8USA if you are located in, controlled by, or acting on behalf of a sanctioned country, person, organization, or entity where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may:

• remove files;
• disable shared links;
• restrict downloads;
• suspend accounts;
• terminate accounts;
• preserve evidence;
• report activity to law enforcement;
• cooperate with copyright owners, payment processors, infrastructure providers, or legal authorities.

We review abuse reports and may suspend files, links, or accounts that violate our policies.
