You may report:
- copyright infringement;

- malware;
- phishing;
- scams;
- spam;
- illegal file sharing;
- harmful or exploitative content;
- impersonation;
- stolen data;
- payment fraud;
- abuse of shared links;
- violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. What to Include
Please include:
- the Cloud8USA link or file URL;
- account information if known;
- a clear description of the issue;
- screenshots or evidence if available;
- your name and contact information.
4. Review Process
We review abuse reports and may suspend files, links, or accounts that violate our policies.
Depending on the report, we may:
- disable public sharing;
- remove or restrict content;
- suspend the user account;
- request more information;
- preserve logs or evidence;
- report serious abuse to law enforcement;
- cooperate with payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure partners, copyright owners, or legal authorities.
5. Emergency Reports
For urgent legal or safety concerns, include “URGENT ABUSE REPORT” in the email subject line.
6. Good-Faith Reports
